QBurst has brought in Ramesh Chikkala, a seasoned retail and supply chain leader, as Senior Advisor. Ramesh will support the company's retail and CPG initiatives, helping propose and deliver solutions across e-commerce, supply chain, and store operations. He will focus primarily on North America while also contributing to QBurst’s global retail engagements.

Ramesh brings 30+ years of experience across retail operations, technology, and global supply chains. During his time as Senior Vice President at Walmart, he managed a $10B e-commerce supply chain and oversaw operations across multiple regions. He played a key role in the $16B acquisition of Flipkart, helping scale the business into one of India’s e-commerce giants.

More recently, as EVP/Chief Operating Officer at Grocery Outlet, Ramesh managed end-to-end operations for over 540 locations, overseeing a massive push in supply chain strategy and technical infrastructure. He has also held leadership roles at Food Lion, Gap Inc., and Family Dollar.

Ramesh also serves as an advisor and board director to several AI-powered supply chain companies and fast-growing retail organizations, which gives him a unique vantage point on AI’s real potential. At QBurst, he will leverage this expertise to sharpen the company’s retail offerings, ensuring they solve the gritty, high-stakes challenges global enterprises face.
